Can I cancel the subscription monthly?
The standard packages are not monthly rolling subscriptions. Specific contractual and cancellation arrangements will be confirmed before the agreement is signed.
What is the Founding Pilot?
The Founding Pilot is a limited three-month programme for selected early customers. It is intended to validate opportunity quality, reporting and customer outcomes before organisations move onto a standard subscription.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT.
Can we add more users?
Yes. Core NHS includes up to five users. Additional users can be provided through the Team and Expansion package.
Can Project Pulse monitor sectors outside the NHS?
Additional sectors and geographic coverage can be included through the Team and Expansion package, subject to availability and agreement.
Is there a free trial?
Project Pulse does not promise a free trial. Selected organisations may qualify for the paid Founding Pilot.
